We are a young family looking for a private rented house in the Northampton area. We are looking to move in by 1st April, as we have been given notice on our house as the Landlord is moving back to the UK.

I am in permanent employment, but we do receive Housing Benefits as a top up. We also have pets - 1 dog and 2 cats - all of who are non destructive.

We can provide references for work or our current letting. We would like somewhere long term as to minimize disruption as we have a young son.
